Terms and Conditions and Rules of Play

1. We love our Little Town of Play and everyone who comes to visit us. We hope you will too and please respect others in our town and encourage children to do so as well.
 
2. Children must be supervised at all times by their responsible adult, we cannot take responsibility for children at any time. 
 
3. The Little Town of Play Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss or damage to visitors’ belongings, we advise you to keep valuables with you at all times.
 
4. Cars are parked at owners’ risk. The Little Town of Play Ltd. Accepts no liability for damage or accidents.
 
5. The play area is a no-shoe zone, please remove shoes before entering and please wear socks at all times. If there are medical shoes that need to be worn please contact us before your visit.
 
6. No Running in our Little Town. 
 
7. On arrival our doors may be locked as we reset the play area in between play sessions. The doors will open 5 minutes before the play session is due to start. If there are adverse weather conditions, we will open the doors where possible but we kindly ask that you stay in the café area until we are finished setting up.
 
8. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
 
9. Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed. There are exceptions for some dietary requirements as we do cater for most but please contact us prior to your visit if you have any concerns.
 
10. We kindly ask that any children who are or have been unwell refrain from visiting The Little Town of Play Ltd for 48 hours, the ticket refund and transfer policy still applies.
 
11. Please report accidents to a member of staff so we can provide the necessary assistance and avoid any more accidents occurring. We also need to report any accidents as part of our ongoing audits.
 
12. Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment. You may be asked to pay for the damage if this is found to be intentional damage.
 
13. The Little Town of Play reserve the right to refuse admission or ask customers to leave at any time. Abusive language or behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 
 
14. We limit numbers of children and adults for everyones comfort and safety, our building capacity is 55 adults and children.
 
15. When taking pictures of your children we ask that you only take pictures of your children due to privacy concerns. The Little Town of Play Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other customers. The Little Town of Play will never share images without obtaining written consent before sharing.
 
16. The children who get the most benefit out of The Little Town of Play are aged 8 and under to walking age, although anyone can come and play. However, please note some of the toys and outfits are designed for children aged 3 and over, please closely supervise those under this age for this reason.
 
17. Each session lasts 80 minutes including a 5 minute tidy up time please see our bookings page for each timed slot available. 
 
18. Visitors may arrive 5 minutes before your start time and must leave at the allotted end time. 
 
19. If you arrive late for your session you are most welcome to join in the remainder of your session time, however, there will be no refunds given or discounts. 
  
20. We do have on-site parking; this is available on a first come first served basis and each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. The Little Town of Play Ltd does not accept liability for loss, damage or accidents. 
 
21. Smoking and E-Cigarettes are prohibited in The Little Town of Play.  
 
22. We only permit assistance animals in The Little Town of Play. 

Guest Restrictions

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive family leisure venue operator and aim to provide a great experience for all families.

To achieve a friendly, family atmosphere for all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings (without refund) from:

1. All-adult bookings (you must have a child 12 or under as part of your booking).

2. Anyone who is abusive to our team either before or during their visit or who has previously been abusive.
 
3. We don’t knowingly allow any guest to use or visit our venues who: (i) has an unspent criminal conviction; (ii) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders’ register); (iii) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (iv) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (v) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you don’t disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and require that you, and the other members of your party, leave the venue, without refund.

Tickets, Transfers and Cancellations

1. When purchasing a ticket please note all tickets are non-refundable.

2. Transfers may be permitted with 24hours notice given and with email correspondence.

3. We ask if your child is unwell within the 48 hours prior to attending The Little Town of Play that you do not attend if you provide 24 hours’ notice with email correspondence then we will happily exchange your ticket for another day.

4. The Little Town of Play reserves the right to close at any time, this will be for your safety and security, if this occurs, we will issue full refunds or transfer to another session.

5. One child ticket entitles the bearer of that ticket to 1 adult entry, additional adult tickets may be purchased separately in advance.

6. Ticket price includes entry only, it does not include any food or drink. These can be purchased separately. Remember, we are a cashless town so don’t forget your card!

7. We require pre-bookings via our website online. We cannot guarantee that there will be space on a session if you walk in, we will try to accommodate you whenever possible however you may be asked to leave and return for a different session. We hate to disappoint you so please book online in advance; our booking system accepts bookings right up until the sessions have started.

8. Group bookings are permitted up to 10 tickets in total. The Little Town of Play reserves the right to cancel any bookings exceeding this amount.

9. Our spaces are limited, this is so children and adults can get full enjoyment from The Little Town of Play.

10. Unaccompanied adults will be refused entry.

11. Ticket prices are listed however may change at any time.

12. Please note if you are buying on behalf of someone else please make them aware of our terms, conditions and rules of play.
