Little Party Terms & Conditions

1. We love our Little Town of Play and everyone who comes to visit us. We hope you will too and please respect others in our town and encourage children to do so as well.
 
2. Children must be supervised at all times by their responsible adult, we cannot take responsibility for children at any time. 
 
3. The Little Town of Play Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss or damage to visitors’ belongings, we advise you to keep valuables with you at all times.
 
4. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk. The Little Town of Play Ltd. Accepts no liability for damage or accidents.
 
5. The play area is a no-shoe zone, please remove shoes before entering and please wear socks at all times. If there are medical shoes that need to be worn please contact us prior to your visit.
 
6. No Running in our Little Town. 
 
7. On arrival our doors may be locked as we reset the play area in between play sessions, you can arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to set up any decorations.
 
8. Decorations are allowed for your party but please no confetti. 
 
9. We do not allow face painters or any body art artists. This includes glitter tattoos. 
 
10. We will supply lunchboxes as per the details, these are served within the 80-minute play session and not after. We do not allow any time after this session. 
 
11. Please note the only catering you are able to bring is a nut-free birthday cake.  
 
12. We provide additional tables and seating for children to enjoy catering but please note we have no other additional adult tables of seating other than what is already provided. 
 
13. No alcohol is allowed on the premises. 
 
14. No catering permitted for adults. 
 
15. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
 
16. Staff do not take responsibility for cake cutting however we can provide a cake knife and table. 
 
17. We kindly ask that any children who are or have been unwell refrain from visiting The Little Town of Play Ltd for 48 hours, the ticket refund and transfer policy still applies.
 
18. Please report accidents to a member of staff so we can provide the necessary assistance and avoid any more accidents occurring. We also need to report any accidents as part of our ongoing audits. 
 
19. Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment. You may be asked to pay for the damage if this is found to be intentional damage.
 
20. The Little Town of Play reserve the right to refuse admission or ask customers to leave at any time. Abusive language or behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 
 
21. When taking pictures of your own children we please ask that you only take pictures of your own children due to privacy concerns. The Little Town of Play Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other customers. The Little Town of Play will never share images without obtaining written consent prior to sharing.
 
22. The children who get the most benefit out of The Little Town of Play are aged 8 and under to walking age, although anyone can come and play. However, please note some of the toys and outfits are designed for children aged 3 and over, please closely supervise those under this age for this reason.
 
23. Each session lasts 80 minutes including a 5 minute tidy up time please see our bookings page for each timed slot available.  
 
24. Party guests may arrive 5 minutes before your start time and must leave at the allotted end time. 
 
25. If you arrive late for your session you are most welcome to join in the remainder of your session time, however, there will be no refunds given.  
 
26. We do have on-site parking; this is available on a first come first served basis and each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. The Little Town of Play Ltd does not accept any liability for loss, damage or accidents. 
 
27. Smoking and E-Cigarettes are prohibited in The Little Town of Play. 
 
28. We only permit assistance animals in The Little Town of Play. 
 

Tickets, Transfers and Cancellations

1. When purchasing a party please note they are non-refundable.

2. Transfers may be permitted with 3 days’ notice given and with email correspondence.

3. We ask if your child is unwell within the 48 hours prior to attending The Little Town of Play that you do not attend, if you provide 24 hours’ notice with email correspondence then we will happily exchange your ticket for another day.

4. The Little Town of Play reserves the right to close at any time, this will be for your safety and security if this occurs, and we will issue full refunds or transfer to another session.

5. Ticket price includes entry only, it does not include any food or drink unless stated. These can be purchased separately. Remember, we are a cashless town so don’t forget your card!

6. We require pre-bookings via our website online.

7. Our spaces are limited, this is so children and adults can get full enjoyment from The Little Town of Play.

8. Ticket prices are listed, however, may change at any time.

9. Please note if you are buying on behalf of someone else please make them aware of our terms, conditions and rules of play.

2. If you are inviting outside contractors such as venue dressers or caterers please let us know in advance and ask them to contact us.
